Growing Together
Skill development is delivered through a combination of self-paced digital learning, virtual instructor-led training, and a career development framework embedded into our talent rhythms. The focus is on equipping employees and leaders with capabilities aligned to our Values in Action, while introducing structured tools for career planning.
All professional and clerical employees retain access to LinkedIn Learning, which supports development at all levels through courses that can be aligned to individual development plans. In 2025, employees viewed 36,846 courses and completed 7,108, with 213,814 videos viewed and 172,373 completed. The Working Smarter eLearning module reached 7,780 employees.
Newell launched Career Growth & Development Enablement sessions introducing a structured framework for career planning and individual development. More than 2,700 participants engaged in these sessions, gaining practical tools to manage their own growth and build targeted development plans aligned to their career goals. The broad reach of the program reflects an effort to make career development structured and accessible across the organization, rather than left to individual initiative.
