This year, the brand is once again putting those professionals in the spotlight.

RCP is celebrating the fifth year of its Behind the Scenes of Clean initiative, an annual program recognizing custodians, cleaning professionals and facility teams whose contributions are essential to creating clean, safe and welcoming environments.

As part of the 2026 initiative, RCP is hosting 11 appreciation events across the United States, recognizing approximately 1,250 custodial and facility maintenance professionals in communities including Mooresville, Atlanta, Orlando, Chicago and Naples.

Since Behind the Scenes of Clean launched in 2022, RCP has hosted more than 250 recognition events nationwide and honored approximately 25,000 custodial and facility maintenance professionals.
