In October, our Data and Analytics teams hosted their second annual Data & Analytics Week, five days of in-person and virtual training sessions that emphasize the power of data and how we can use it to win with the shopper, delight our consumers and build a high-performance, innovative and inclusive organization.

Around 900 employees in 22 countries and 27 functions, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Finance, IT and more, attended events throughout the week. Eighty-seven presenters hosted discussions across seven data-focused content tracks on topics like “Winning the Room: Delivering Effective Data-Driven Presentations,” “The Current State of AI at Newell,” and “Reimagining Product and Sales Structures: Aligning Brand, Profit Centers, and Teams.” Employees also participated in an interactive “Art of the Possible” workshop, brainstorming practical applications of generative AI, prioritizing real use cases and building implementation plans.
