Bridget Ryan Berman is a public company director, strategic advisor, and former chief executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience guiding global consumer, retail, and luxury brands through growth, transformation, and operational excellence. Her executive career spans some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Ralph Lauren, Apple, Giorgio Armani, and Victoria’s Secret, where she led complex, multi-channel businesses and global operations.

Ms. Ryan Berman served as Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret Direct and Giorgio Armani Corp., Group President of Global Retail at Ralph Lauren, and Chief Operating Officer of Apple Retail. In 2018, she founded Ryan Berman Advisory, LLC, a strategic consulting firm that partners with leading corporations and private equity firms on growth strategy, consumer experience, digital transformation, and value creation. Her clients have included Google, Apollo Global Management, MidOcean Partners, Goode Partners, and Enjoy Technology.

Ms. Ryan Berman has been named multiple times by WomenInc. Magazine as one of the Most Influential Corporate Directors. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Newell Brands, Lead Independent Director of Asbury Automotive Group, and a director of Tanger Inc. Her previous public and private company board service includes J.Crew Group, Tegra Global, and BH Cosmetics.
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Ms. Ryan Berman serves as President of the University’s Alumni Association Board. She is a recipient of the Pamplin College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award and has previously served as President of the Pamplin Advisory Council and as a member of the Virginia Tech Foundation Board. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Benedictine Schools of Richmond.

Ms. Ryan Berman is deeply committed to philanthropic leadership. She co-founded MiracleFeet, an international nonprofit that has helped provide life-changing clubfoot treatment to more than 120,000 children in low- and middle-income countries, reflecting her commitment to expanding opportunity and improving lives around the world.
